Born in China, I immigrated to Australia at the age of seven with my family. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Communication (Media Arts and Production) from the University of Technology, Sydney. My only claim to the intellectual reliability that my female family role models in medicine displayed (see My Story) is that I achieved an UAI (University Admission Index) of 98.05 out of 100 when I was 17. It is my hope that I use every bit of my intellect on this website to help you achieve a healthy life despite being diagnosed with the FH, familial hypercholesterolemia, condition. With the medical advances available today, FH sufferers can live a normal lifespan, if treated early enough. I live in the Blue Mountains and focus my life on health and self-care.
